Event Planning: If you are interested in overseeing and facilitating various PAAS events, from communicating with our speakers, hosts or external personnel, to arranging logistics and staffing the actual events, apply for Events@PAAS by filling out this application. 

​Membership Management: You will need to come up with new initiatives to encourage members' paricipation, gather members' feedback to enhance their experiences with PAAS, and keep members updated through email newsletters and other communication means. (Desired qualifications: Excel, Mailchimp, creativity, peatience)

Marketing: You will be responsible for increasing PAAS visibility on campus and reaching out to the student population. If you feel excited about campaigning for PAAS or if you are talented in designing marketing materials or logos and , apply for Marketing@PAAS by 1) Filling out this application; 2) sending sample works in past marketing efforts, if applicable, to paas.joinus@gmail.com with “Marketing” as the subject. (Desired qualifications: persistence, resourcefulness, passion, Photoshop) 

Editorial: If you are interested in writing for Art Bites,  reviewing Art Bites submissions, compiling news and information on art events, drafting exhibition or art reviews, as well as in editting submissions for PAAS potential publication, Penn Art Review, contact us at paas.joinus@gmail.com with “Editorial" as the subject.  

External Relations: If you are interested in representing our club to major art institutions in Philadelphia and have ideas or resources for possible collaborative projects with external organizations, such as inviting museum curators to talk to PAAS members or arrange for special trips to the storage rooms of museums, contact us at paas.joinus@gmail.com with “External Relations” as the subject and tell us what ideas you have in mind.

Finance: If you have expertise in obtaining sponsorships or in funding, apply for Finance@PAAS by filling out this application.

Technology: If you have technical skills that you would like to contribute to PAAS, such as video editing or web design, please contact us at paas.joinus@gmail.com with “Tech” as the subject and tell us a bit more about your background.
